time is short
so after the first days of weigh ins and workouts you better believe i have much to comment on. first the weigh in day. as i approached the front desk and saw the ladies sitting next to each other, i notice lots of nervous faces. after a few minutes the faces went from nervous to anxious. no long faces, no discomfort, no confusion... i hope. all the women seemed to be more relaxed than i thought, especially for getting measured, weighed, and picked apart by me. all the women are similar in part, but share their own unique differences when it comes to how they manage thier eating and exercise habits. so i definetly have my work cut out for me. each of the three girls i trained today did well. hillary was the first of the three i trained today. i learned, as well as she, that these 30 min sessions with elimination on the line is a very short amount of time. hillary is unique because the eating is the easy part to get down... its the exercise she says she is going to have problems with. so i will be keeping a close eye on her while she is in the gym. but i also noticed that being the youngest, she is very mature. patti was next and i could tell she was ready to go. patti seemed to be sucking info in like a sponge. i didnt learn a lot from patti, but i could tell that she has a defining amount of determination. kim stepped up to the plate last. kim was very prepared with journal and all. out of all the girls she seems to be the most outspoken. with a four day gap between now and saturday, im not the only one with work cut out for me. best of luck to the three girls that trained today. to cyndi and jenn be prepared because time is short...
